Flotilla 69 Welcomes New Member Rocco Volpe

Flotilla 69 held its first 2009 seasonal meeting/coverd dish for members and guests. A brief business meeting was followed by a covered dish meal and fellowship among the members and guests. The August Flotilla meeting will follow the same format.

Dave Jenkins, FSO-PE has conducted two successful Boating Skills and Seamanship courses during April/May at Browns Mills and the YAPEWI Aquatic Club.

Flotilla 69 welcomed new member Frank Paparella. Jay Brandinger, Division Captain (C), read the prologue and Fred Signor, Flotilla Commander, administered the oath. Stu Warren was presented his Instructor Certification.

Dave Jenkins, FSO-PE has conducted two successful Boating Skills and Seamanship courses during April/May at Browns Mills and the YAPEWI Aquatic Club.

At Browns Mills, Instructors Stu Warren and Dave Jenkins along with support from trainees Bob Abers, Fred Signor, John Percy provided excellent presentations to the 15 students, all of whom passed.

At Yapewi Aquatic Club Instructors Stu Warren, Dave Jenkins and Jay Brandinger along with support from Bob Abers and Mike Ruzck were successful in having all 15 students pass the course.
